QwikPOS Terms of Use
Acceptance
By installing or using QwikPOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
OAW Infotech LLP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QwikPOS to operate your business on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable app-store terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, taxes, discounts, customer details, and other records you enter; for complying with applicable tax, invoicing, privacy, and consumer laws; and for maintaining suitable backups. QwikPOS calculates totals and taxes from the values you provide.
Price
QwikPOS is a one-time purchase. Every feature is included in that price — there is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no locked tier, and no recurring charge of any kind. Your purchase is made through the App Store, and you may reinstall QwikPOS on the devices your Apple Account allows at no further cost.
Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store under Apple’s terms, not by us — we cannot issue or decline a refund ourselves. Refund requests go through Apple’s “Report a Problem” page. Any statutory right to a refund you have under your local consumer law is unaffected by these terms.
Payments you take from your customers
QwikPOS is a record-keeping, receipt, and invoicing tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, or money-transfer service, and no money moves through it. Payment-method labels and UPI QR codes do not confirm that a payment occurred.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, QwikPOS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OAW Infotech LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of QwikPOS.
Changes
We may update these terms as QwikPOS evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
